This is a review of yet another Bluetooth speaker. The H@F U12 is the loudness Bluetooth speaker I’ve tested so far. Here’s how it holds up on its own.
This is a review of yet another Bluetooth speaker. The H@F U12 is the loudness Bluetooth speaker I’ve tested so far. Here’s how it holds up on its own.
Taking a first look at this thing. You can see it slightly resembles the apple beats pill Bluetooth speaker.
At the top are all the buttons for controlling the device. 4 buttons to be exact, with the M for mode button being the only one with a single purpose, changing modes.
And at the back are the various the I/Os, micro USB for charging, flash drive, SD card inserts, and the power slider.
It has a rounded rectangle device, which definitely, cannot stand on its edges, and an inbuilt battery, capable of lasting for a whole 3 hours of playback music
Comparing it side by side to my previous TG 163 Bluetooth speaker, you can clearly see the U12 is slightly bigger
They also include the antenna at the top for better radio coverage in case you listen to the radio at all.
Now, in case, you are not familiar with how sound works. It basically travels through air. So when you hear sound, it is basically air particles carrying it from one source to another
We got a little bit scientific there, but the reason for explaining this is, notice this hole cutout at the center of the back here, that is where the air is blown out of, to produce good enough sounds.
What better way to show you than to place a tissue paper on it.
So yeah, every sound is blown out of the back, so even placing the tissue paper at the front-facing speakers have no effect on it
Also, I noticed that, if you stare directly at the front of the device with the 2 speakers showing, they kinda look like the eyes of an owl.
Anyway, here is how it compares to my Dell N5050 laptop speakers and my TG-163 Bluetooth Speaker
