The neckband is built quite well, from a flexible silicone covering and memory steel core for an ergonomic fit that overall, maintains its shape. However way you decide to twist this, it’ll keep coming back to its original form. For easy wear and quick access, each earbud is fitted with a small magnet, that lets you wear the earphones around your neck without risking losing them. That is if the cables don’t vanish one day.

One way that got me to always know which way it should go around my neck is, always checking that the name Oraimo is never upside down when I put it on. Either that or just check for the Right and Left indication on either earphone.

For specifications, we’re looking at a battery capacity of 185mAh which is capable of lasting over 220 hours on standby and 12.5 hours on continuous playtime. It comes with a Qualcomm chip with support for Bluetooth Version V5.0 with a 10m wireless range. The chip ensures stability while also bringing the music closer to you with the quality of the Hi-Res Audio. And for the runners out there, you’re in luck, cos it comes with both sweat and splash resistance.

Unlike complete wireless earbuds like the Redmi Airdots 2 that I’ve been using, this comes with a lot of buttons. A pause/play button which you can also use to answer and end calls, and volume rockers which both double as buttons for skipping tracks. Paired with vibration motors for vibration alert and a built-in microphone, you don’t necessarily have to take your smartphone out of your pocket.

I was a bit concerned with the connection of the cable to the necklace itself, cos I sleep with music on, right? And sometimes, I sleep with headphones, earbuds or earphones on, right? But the unfortunate thing is sometimes, just sometimes, when I move around or stretch, I turn to pull the cables, destroying the wires in there, and in turn, running the earphones unusable. That is my fear of this.

Now, I did mention that it is sweat and splash resistant, which is a good thing for people who exercise or use the gym a lot. I tried going for a morning jog one time with this and it got uncomfortable, fast. Because of the design, these hard parts kept hitting my scapula anytime I move. Also, if you’re not wearing a shirt with a collar, you turn to have the device, sticking to the sweat behind the head, which is also uncomfortable.

So, for GHc 150, should you get something like this. Well definitely, the price to performance seems accurate. The battery life is super impressive. The amount of bass produced is also great. And because of the earbuds and tips design, you don’t have to worry about these falling off at any time. If you’re just going to be using this for your casual outings, you should definitely get one. Anyone looking for a good workout earphone, I don’t think this particular one is for you. but anyone else is definitely worth the money.
